Return & Exchange
We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you’re not completely happy with, providing you return it to us in an unused and sellable condition within 14 days of the date on your receipt. We aim to process all returns within 7 days of us receiving the goods back in our warehouse. However, please make sure that you fill out your returns form in full before sending it back to us as this will help to avoid any delays with identifying and processing your return. Please read these terms carefully before ordering products from our store.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or refund. Just follow these simple guidelines:
1. Returned items must be in new condition.
We will not accept returns/exchanges if there is evidence that your purchase has been worn outdoors. Please try on sneakers on a carpeted surface to ensure fit. We will gladly provide a refund/exchange if you are not satisfied.
2. The original shoebox/packaging and all accessories must be returned with your purchase.
Please pack sneakers, shoebox, and all accessories inside original shipping box. Returns without the original shoebox, using the shoebox as a shipping box, or missing accessories will not be accepted.
Got the wrong size? Picked the wrong colour? Don’t worry, you can exchange for something else by filling out the exchange section of our returns form and sending everything back by post. If there’s a price difference between what you purchased originally and the exchange product, we’ll either refund the difference or give you a phonecall to take the additional payment.
If you are satisfied with our products, we will be happy to provide you with return and exchange service, however, before you apply to return or exchange, please make sure that the products meet the following tips:
* All returned items must never been used and in new condition.
* All returned packages must be insured.
* We only accept exchanges for new and never used items with all accessories and packing.
* All items can be sent back within 15 days upon receipt.
* Please contact our customer service first to obtain the return or exchange address.
When returning Products which you believe to be faulty, mis-described, damaged or unfit for purpose to the store, or upon receipt when posted back to us, the Products will be examined by our workers. If the Product is found to be faulty, mis-described, damaged or unfit for purpose, we will refund you in full for the price of the Product, including any applicable delivery charges paid by you. We will also refund any reasonable costs you incur in returning the Products to us.
If you’d like a refund, these will be given at the original purchase price (excluding initial delivery charge) and made to your original method of payment. On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 30 working days. Once your Order has been refunded you will receive notification via email.
